We offer a wide range of women’s clothing and accessories, including but not limited to accessories, bags, bandeaus, basics, belts, bottoms, bralettes, Brazilian and cheeky underwear, DD cup items, dresses, hats, high waist items, jewelry, jumpsuits, and rompers. All products are described as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that the descriptions are error-free.

3. Order and Payment Terms

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount, including shipping fees, as specified during checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with a shipping fee of $12.95. Orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS. Orders typically arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bralettes
  • Brazilian and Cheeky underwear
  • DD Cup items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, follow these steps:

  2. Once you receive your RA number, securely package your item and include the original invoice or packing slip.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
