Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

- Brazilian and Cheeky underwear
- DD Cup items

Exchanges
